Presenters and Topics:

Marti Smith: is a Denver-based mission mobilizer for the mission agency Pioneers. She has trained dozens of short-term teams sent to unreached communities around the world to do ethnographic interviewing, asking open-ended, descriptive questions that invite people to teach them to see the world from their point of view. She will be presenting on the topic, "Listening as a Ministry: Empower Others by Listening Before Speaking"

George Brown: currently serves as the Executive Direction for the US Section of the European Christian Mission International.  He previously served for 25 years with Greater Europe Mission and VisionQuest Alliance, including seven years in France as a church planter. He will be presenting on the topic, "Effective Cross Cultural Ministry Teams"

Dr. Dale Wolyniak: is a professor affiliate at Colorado Christian University, University of Phoenix, and Nazarene Bible College. He is also a counselor to pastors and missionaries, part time, at the Church and Clergy Department at Focus on the Family. Dale has missionary experience in Afghanistan, Laos, and the Marshall Islands. He resides in Monument, Colorado. He will be presenting on the topic, "Generational Diversity and Worldviews in Missions Organizations"

Andre Houssney: is a Lebanese American with many years of global ministry experience. He has lived in Lebanon and Egypt and traveled in over 30 countries, Andre has a wealth of knowledge of cross cultural issues in relation to missions. For the last 12 years Andre has been on staff with Horizons International with numerous responsibilities not the least of which is serving on the Curriculum Development Team and teaching in the Engaging Islam seminars in various locations nationally and globally. He will be presenting on the topic, "God's Cosmic Tapestry: Unity in Diversity"

Dr. Natun Bhattacharya: has been involved in cross-cultural training in missions especially focusing on reaching the South Asians. He has published articles in EMQ, International Journal of Frontier Missions, Christian Research Journal and The complete Guide to Evangelism published by Baker Books.  His educational background includes a Doctorate in Missiology. He will be presenting on the topic, "Understanding Socio-economic Diversity in Missions to Hindus"

Dr. Leanne Dzubinski: has twenty years of cross-cultural experience in Europe, including Germany, Austria and Spain.  She serves with Greater Europe Mission, and is on the leadership development team. She holds a doctorate in ministry from Gordon-Conwell and a master of theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. She will be presenting on the topic "Gender Diversity in Mission Work and Leadership:  moving towards Kingdom Transformation"
